Eligibility Criteria  for the Registration Process

• The applicant or a family member must be a permanent resident of Punjab, as verified through their CNIC.
• The land must be located anywhere in Punjab and should be intended for the construction of a house at the time of submitting the online application.
• Land size must be up to 5 Marla if located in an urban area
• Land size must be up to 10 Marla if located in a rural area
• The land must be situated anywhere within Punjab
• The land must be intended for house construction at the time of submitting the online application
• The applicant must not have any criminal record, including convictions for anti-state activities, anti-social behavior, or heinous crimes.
• The applicant must not be a loan defaulter of any financial institution or bank.
• Have not taken a loan in the 1st phase, and household income must be less than 50000
