- Loan Structure:
- 30% cash (up to Rs. 90,000) for urgent needs.
- 20% (up to Rs. 60,000) for diesel.
- 50% (up to Rs. 150,000) for fertilizers, seeds, pesticides.
- Interest-Free: No interest charged.
- Eligibility: Farmers with 1–25 acres (up from 12.5 acres).
- Repayment: April 15–May 15, 2026 (early repayment by April 30 for incentives).

- Farmer’s registration for the scheme will be carried out ONLINE.
- All farmers, with land holding up to 25 acres will be eligible.
- Farmer have to mobile SIM registered against his own CNIC (PMD Verified)
- Farmers who own land and whose land record is available in PLRA will be entitled for loan.
- Farmers will be verified digitally through creation of an interface between farmers registration database (by PITB) and PLRA record.
- Upon registration and verification of land, verification from NADRA, PMD, eECIB, farmers will be issued a Chief Minister Kisan Card Phase 2 by Bank of Punjab.
- Initially loan facilities will be provided to 500,000 farmers on a first come first serve basis.
- Maximum loan per farmer per season will be Rs. 150,000 for 5 Acres (@PKR 30,000/acre).
- Loan amount can only be used for purchase of agriculture inputs (Fertilizer, Seed etc).
