There is good news for disabled people in Punjab that they will start receiving Rs. 10500 through Himmat Card from September 15.Disabled people who have registered for Himmat Card should obtain their Himmat Card from Punjab Bank.After getting the Himmat Card, you will be able to withdraw your Rs 10500 from the ATM.In the first phase, 40,000 disabled people will be provided financial assistance.
