BISP Dynamic Survey Registration Process
- Visit your preferred BISP office or centre in which you can get desk registration.
- Submit your original CNIC (ID card)
- A token number will be issued to you, or you can wait in queue to be called at.
- Fill in Survey Form in the Desk
- One of the staff members will complete a form containing your and your families information.
- Provide Family and Income Information .The question will be:
- The number of the people in your house
- How much do you wipe out each month?
- When school-going children are involved
- The status of your housing (own/rent)
- Upon filling the form, your details will be forwarded to be verified.
- send your CNIC number to 8171 to see whether you are accepted.
- In case it has been authorized, you will get a message through 8171, which states the payment particulars.
