Eligibility Criteria:
The Punjab Government has established these rules for CM Punjab laptop Programme 2025 eligibility that must be met:
- Applicants must be residents of Punjab.Domicile of Punjab
- Minimum Marks Requirement:
- 65% Marks in Intermediate (BS) (for Public Sector University/College Students).
- 80% Marks in Intermediate (for Public Sector Medical/Dental Students).
- Students who obtained a laptop through past distribution programs cannot participate in the current scheme.
- First or second semester Bachelor students enrolled at any public university are eligible to the enrollment criteria..
- First-year academic and professional students who will participate in the 2024 public medical and dental college and university academic year are eligible to apply.
- Every applicant must present an authentic National Identity Card(CNIC ) issued by the Government of Pakistan.

Registration Process For CM Punjab Free Laptop Programme

- Visit the government official website: go to the government https://cmlaptophed.punjab.gov.pk/
- Create an account : provided information includes the individual’s full name, email address, phone number, CNIC number, password, and captcha code.
- Enter personal details : Fill in personal information
- Enter current institute detail: The current institute details include proof of enrollment of the institution
- Enter residential detail : Enter your postal and permanent address details,
- Enter education detail : Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC)
- Upload required documents : Please upload the scanned documents: CNIC Front and Back, Matric & Intermediate Certificates, and a Domicile Certificate.
