Eligibility Criteria:
The Punjab Government has established these rules for CM Punjab Laptop Initiative 2025 eligibility that must be met:
- Applicants must be residents of Punjab.
- Minimum Marks Requirement:
- 65% Marks in Intermediate (BS) (for Public Sector University/College Students).
- 80% Marks in Intermediate (for Public Sector Medical/Dental Students).
- Students who obtained a laptop through past distribution programs cannot participate in the current scheme.
- First or second semester Bachelor students enrolled at any public university are eligible to the enrollment criteria..
- First-year academic and professional students who will participate in the 2024 public Medical and Dental College and university academic year are eligible to apply.
- Every applicant must present an authentic National Identity Card(CNIC ) issued by the Government of Pakistan.
Additionally, special allocations have been made in this scheme:

- 32% quota reduction for students from South Punjab.
