The first distribution ceremonies of rashan cards took place in loud emotions in cities, such as Sialkot, 3,000 workers could hold the card they had received, their eyes filling with relief and gratitude. 450 workers stood proudly on the stage and received the card that would change their lives.
MPAs Hina Warraich and Naveed Ashraf were personally distributing the cards so that no worker felt unheard and disrespected.
