- You must be a resident of Punjab with valid CNIC to prove your residency.
- You must have one acre of agricultural land in Punjab. This can be verified with a legal document confirming land ownership.
- You must own an electric powered Tube Well
- If you have an electric powered Tube well, it must be connected with a three-phase electricity supply.
- farmers with outstanding electricity bills are not eligible for this scheme.
- Only one Solar system will be provided per family.

Online Registration Process for Solarization of Tube Wells
Visit the official website and Go to the official portal of CM Punjab Solarization Program https://cmstp.punjab.gov.pk/
Enter your information Enter your Computerized National Identity Card Number and Mobile Number Select the type for Tube well you have.
Enter the Tube Well details Specify the Diesel Capacity of Tube Well either in KW or HP
Select Solar System Requirements Choose the solar system capacity you want 10kw, 15kw or 20kw
Agree to terms Carefully read the terms and conditions then click the I Agree button
Completely Enter your Identity
Submit your application Finally click “Apply for Solar Tube Well” to submit your application.
